the Pool Monitor app good for
Ive tried most of the pool chemical apps and Pool Monitor is easily the best for homeowner use. It is customizable and informative, well laid out, intuitive to use, allows personal notes, and stores historical data. One improvement would be to provide support for multiple pools/spas.
Very helpful app. Well designed. Easy to use. Great for keeping track of a pools chemistry. Excellent!
Some bad moments
Where do I start? It doesnt tell you how much, and of what, to add because it doesnt ask what chemicals youre using. I like pool calc, except it doesnt save your information, and I think its unacceptable that I have to tell the app each and every time how many gallons is in the pool. But this is a bust for $4.00. Pocket Pool guy remembers your setup information, but also dont ask what chemicals youre using. It uses 10% chlorine in its configuration.
What a great tool for testing my pool water. It has made taking care of my pool so much easier. Very easy to use and very informative also.
It does what it says and is very helpful in telling me exactly how to alter the chemicals when they are off - and thats worth the $3. It would be nice if I could see a historical record (maybe that will happen after a number of entries but has not yet). It would also be great if I could add notes, such as the date I changed the filter or other important information. Still, it does what it says very well.
I like to use this ap when I take pool samples. It stores the results into a cloud and lets you track your progress. Only used a week but so far or works really well. Balanced my pool in 4 days with the advise from the Ap
Now I dont have to ask the hardware staff - I am becoming the expert. And with the paid version I can track the history. Hope the notes capability is added so I can record filter changes etc. Great app!
I was hoping for a useful app this was not it. Very disappointed. Learn from my mistake... Purchase something else
